This recipe is sponsored by Florida’s Natural. I used their product to make this Orange Garlic Shrimp. The opinions and text are all mine. The end.

Seafood is one of our favorite proteins to cook, not only for its great taste but also because it is super quick to prepare. This Orange Garlic Shrimp recipe is extremely versatile, easy to follow and packed with flavor. It’s a delicious, nutritious meal that everyone in the family can agree on.

This Orange Garlic Shrimp is the perfect recipe to introduce seafood into your meal planning rotation, and has been a hit in my house since I first made it a few weeks ago. The citrus from the orange juice pairs well with the hint of sweetness from the honey and makes this dish so fresh and bright. And, it is extremely easy to make, even for the beginner cook.

We love shrimp, but if you prefer, you can easily change out the protein in this recipe—it is equally delicious with chicken or beef. If you are a vegetarian, extra firm tofu is a wonderful replacement.

And for the veggies, feel free to use any of your favorites! I tend to choose fresh vegetables that are in season—some of my favorites for this dish are broccoli, carrots and peppers—but you can substitute frozen veggies in a pinch.

For the orange juice, I choose Florida’s Natural® Brand Orange Juice. Florida’s Natural comes from pure Florida oranges. There are no artificial flavors or ingredients, and Florida’s Natural only uses oranges hand-picked from their grower-owned orange groves in Florida. Plus, Florida’s Natural orange juice is full of vitamins and minerals like potassium and vitamin C.

If you like Asian-inspired recipes, you are going to love this Orange Garlic Shrimp recipe. It has quickly become a regular dinner in our house.

Enjoy!

This recipe is sponsored by Florida’s Natural. I used their product to make this delicious Glazed bourbon orange salmon. The opinions and text are all mine. The end.

It has been a while since I have made salmon, so today I wanted to make sure I made a recipe that was special and unique. This glazed bourbon orange salmon turned out to be even more delicious than I thought it would. My family really enjoyed every bite of it.

The orange bourbon sauce is what makes this recipe top notch. It is a sauce that you can use with any type of protein, such as tuna, sea bass, sword fish or chicken. All would work wonderfully.

Brown rice and broccoli were the perfect choice to serve with the salmon. The sauce soaks into the rice, giving it the same flavor. All in all, the perfect combination.

One of the great things about this recipe is that you can make the orange bourbon sauce in advance and store in the refrigerator. You can even store the sauce in the freezer. Then, the only thing you have to do is cook the salmon for 2-3 minutes on each side and glaze it with the sauce for a last minute meal. It is the perfect quick and healthy dinner for the family.

For the sauce, in order to get the intense, natural orange flavor I used Florida’s Natural® Brand Orange Juice, which is made from 100 percent real Florida oranges—no artificial flavors or ingredients. Florida’s Natural is exclusively Florida-grown and American-made, grown by five generations of Florida families.

If you are looking for an easy, tasty and different take to your salmon recipes, I encourage you to try this glazed bourbon orange salmon. From start to finish, it will take just about 15 minutes. If you prepare the bourbon orange sauce in advance it will take just about 10 minutes. A win-win for those with busy schedules who are always on the go.

If you try this recipe, let me know. I am sure you will not be disappointed.

Enjoy!

I have been making this 15 minutes fresh Spanish tuna stew recipe once a week lately. Not only it takes 15 minutes to put it together but it kind of takes me back to Spain with the intense flavors.

When I make this recipe sometimes I serve it with brown rice and other times with baked potatoes. Either way is great, it really depends what I am in the mood that day.

This recipe literally takes just 15-20 minutes to make. You see, tuna doesn’t have to be cooked that long so that is why it doesn’t take that long. While you can make this 15 minutes Fresh Spanish tuna stew with chicken it will take a bit longer since chicken requires more time.

I use two different types of wine when I make this recipe, however, if you can’t get the second type just use white wine. It will still taste great.

I always use fresh rosemary but you can use dried rosemary. I find fresh rosemary is better but use what you prefer. This is a recipe that I been making over and over again. It is super tasty, easy and healthy.

On another note, I am almost done with school. I have about five more months of grueling study nights. It has been a long journey especially because of how I have experienced certain unpleasant situations in school. But more of that when I am done.

There are nothing but good things that will come after these five months go by. I am hoping to help many people once I am done but for now I have to keep my mind on the price.

Anyways, until my next recipe, I hope you get to make this tuna stew.

Enjoy!

Making quick dinner recipes is my jam. Because I love Asian flavors I figured I used these beautiful Wild Caught Argentine Red Shrimp to make something tasty, quick and easy. This 15 minutes Asian shrimp and broccoli turned out to be the perfect creation.

I used Marina Del Rey Wild Caught Argentine Red Shrimp to make this recipe. Not only everyone enjoyed it but my husband said he will be making this easy, quick recipe for time to come. That is how much he loved this recipe.

My husband that has been involved in making dinner for the past months, since I have been in school for the past year and a half, can’t stand spending too much time in the kitchen cooking. This is one of those recipes that would be perfect for him.

I love the fact that Marina Del Rey shrimp is already peeled and deveined so all you have to do is drained it after it has thawed and add any other simple ingredients to the mix while cooking.

For my family, when it is time to consume seafood I like to use wild caught and that is why Marina Del Rey products are perfect for us.

Marina Del Rey shrimp is not farmed, it thrives in its natural habitat ~ the pure ice cold waters off the coast of Argentina, free from chemicals and pollutants.

Wild shrimp eat their natural diet, with no added hormones or color.

Wild shrimp are not only a cleaner option, but carry significantly lower sodium levels as well.

The health benefits of wild caught seafood are tremendous, not to mention the environmental issues that arise with farmed seafood (aquaculture).

This 15 minutes Asian shrimp and broccoli will literally take you 15 minutes to make. The only thing I had to do was to lightly chop the green onions and mix the sauce ingredients. Prep time is almost none existent.

Another awesome thing about this recipe is that you can use any type of vegetables you like. If you would like to replace the broccoli and use kale, fresh spinach, green beens etc you may go ahead and do so. It works with pretty much any vegetable. Next time I make it I might choose red peppers and carrots instead.

I hope you like this 15 minutes Asian shrimp and broccoli. If you like quick, easy and healthy recipes you are going to love this one.

Also, for more yummy wild caught seafood recipe inspiration follow Marina Del Rey on Facebook and Instagram.

Enjoy!

Today it was my first time using the outdoor grill to make these magnificent grilled spicy orange shrimp. It was actually my first time ever using the outdoor grill, as my husband is the one normally in charge of make grill recipes.

I was a bit skeptical using the outside grill for the first time, however, the result was just perfection. The sauce is what actually made the shrimp exceptional. The recipe itself was also simple, which is always a win win situation for me. Neither making the sauce or cooking the shrimp won’t take long at all.

To make the sauce I used not from concentrate Florida’s Natural® Brand Orange Juice. It’s the perfect juice to use because it’s made entirely from Florida oranges grown by actual farmers. Just how juice is supposed to be!

The orange flavor is very intense. You will taste the orange come through in the sauce so if you like orange flavor and would like good results with your sauce make sure you use this type of juice and not a concentrated form.

This is something that I strive to do every time I cook and bake. I always try to use the best possible ingredients to make sure that my recipes come through with flavor.

If you have leftover sauce you can also store this sauce in your refrigerator and used it for chicken, fish, beef….whatever type of protein you may like. I have marinated chicken over night with this sauce and saute it for lunch the next day and worked really good. If you like the sauce it is very versatile so make sure you don’t discard the leftover.

For this recipe I used shrimp but if you are not too fond of shrimp you can use chicken too. Either one is fine.

I hope you get to try this grilled spicy orange shrimp. It would be the perfect grilling recipe for July 4th.

Enjoy!

“This post was written by me through an activation with HireInfluence on behalf of the Mussel Industry Council. Although I received compensation for participating in the campaign, all thoughts and opinions are my own.”

I have grown up in Spain eating seafood. One of my favorite things to eat while eating seafood has always been mussels. Mussels are very versatile and there are many ways in which you can prepared them. Often times I like to use them with pasta. This mussels Marinara recipe was easy and quick to put together. If you are like me and like healthy, comforting food you will love this recipe.

My kids have also grown eating seafood. When ever I prepare recipes with any type of seafood, especially mussels, they go crazy so I tend to double the batch when making such recipes so that we an enjoy it at least a couple of times.

People seem to think that cooking mussels is hard. That couldn’t be further from the truth. Once you place the mussels in the pan they take just about 5-8 minutes to cook. Steaming mussels is super quick once the steam environment is secured. They are tasty, healthy and something I like to even serve as an appetizer when ever we have company.

The mussels I always use are PEI mussels. These are processors based in the Province of Prince Edward Island who produce 80% of all the fresh mussels sold in North America! If you go to their website you will find tips on how to steam and cook mussels, how to choose mussels when buying and much more!

The Prince Edward Island aquaculture industry is known to be one of the most sustainable industries in the world. Specifically, PEI Mussel farming is a shining example of how nutritious and delicious food can be raised in a sustainable way.

PEI Mussels feed on natural food particles, which are present in the water column and do not require feed. They get all their nourishment naturally, from the pristine ocean waters that surround them while they grow.

If you are going to consume mussels, PEI mussels is the way to go.

There is also a context that will be running from (3/27 – 4/17). One lucky voter will win a TRIP FOR 2 to PRINCE EDWARD ISLAND!

Prize Details: The Grand Prize Winner will receive a trip for 2 to Prince Edward Island, Canada. The Grand Prize includes:
