This. Is. Phenomenal. It’s perfect all the way around, easy, quick, smells divine, looks beautiful, and tastes fantastic. I used thighs because that’s what I had on hand and they were perfect. I used couscous to soak up the sauce and made the carrot salad (with mint) for a side. Wish I’d had bread but it was still a yummy supper! Thanks!

I thought this would be awesome one meal for the whole family. My husband and my two boys hated it. I thought it was ok. It was nothing special but I didn't expect them not to eat it. I used 1/2 c of honey.

I think it comes from the honey and that the servings are pretty generous. I have since decreased the amt of honey so if you use 1/3 cup to 1/2 cup is more than enough. I hope you try it bc it is really good :-) Thanks for stopping by.

This looks amazing but the calorie count is surprisingly high. I normally keep my dinners at 200 - 400 calories (depending on what else I've eaten throughout the day and what I want for a snack later)...665 for one serving is way out of my range! Are you able to say where that high calorie count is coming from? Is it the rice and/or the amount of honey? Most of the ingredients seem pretty healthy so I'm not sure where the calories are hitting the hardest...are the serving sizes just really big? I'd love to try this because it looks so good; I just need to figure out how to make it a bit lighter. Any advice? Thanks!
