This recipe is sponsored by Florida’s Natural. All opinions are my own. “Thank you for continuing to support the brands that make Eat Good 4 Life possible”

One of my favorite things to do on hot summer days is make frozen desserts. There is nothing like making your own sweet treats and having them on demand, ready to go in your freezer. My latest go-to? This Raspberry Peach Lemonade Sorbet, which is just perfect for the hot days ahead.

This sorbet takes literally 5 minutes to prepare, which is made easy by using Florida’s Natural Lemonade as the base, a much easier alternative to simple syrup. Fresh raspberries, peaches and a touch of maple syrup is all you need to make this recipe.

You don’t even need an ice cream maker! Just mix all the ingredients together and let sit for 2-3 hours in the freezer. Then, it is ready to eat.

As I mentioned, for this recipe, I used Florida’s Natural® Lemonade with Raspberry & Peach. You can find Florida’s Natural Lemonade in six delicious flavors: traditional Lemonade, Lemonade with Pomegranate, Lemonade with Strawberry, Lemonade with Raspberry & Peach, Lemonade with Blackberry and Lemonade Iced Tea. Whatever flavor you choose, all of Florida’s Natural Lemonades offer a refreshing great taste. They are never concentrated and have no artificial ingredients or preservatives.

Plus, when you buy Florida’s Natural Lemonades, you’re helping to support Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation, which funds childhood cancer research. An even sweeter reason to sip!

Making your own sorbet is fun and easy and it can certainly be made in a flash. Homemade varieties taste way better than store bought with no thickeners, stabilizers and nonsense ingredients. I hope you venture out and make your own. You surely won’t be disappointed.

I hope you get to try this raspberry peach lemonade sorbet. It is one of a kind.

Enjoy!

This post is sponsored by Truvia. All opinions are my own.

I was really excited to make this simple and super easy blueberry peach crumble today, given the fact that both fruits are in season. Often times, I crave something sweet, but don’t have much time to be in the kitchen baking, so I typically turn to making some sort of a fruit crumble.

If you are not much of a baker, don’t have much time or want to bake something simple, crumble recipes are super easy to put together. There is minimal prep work since you just have to mix a few ingredients together for the topping and place everything on a baking dish. Pretty much from start to finish, it will take about 10 minutes to prepare this dessert. What I also love about this recipe is that it is extremely versatile. Not only can you use any type of fruit that you would like, but you can also add other healthy ingredients to the topping.

For this recipe, I have added unsweetened shredded coconut, as well as chopped nuts. They both work great, so if you would like to add some crunch, go ahead and add any type of chopped nuts you like. I always try to reduce the sugar and calories in my desserts, especially when having fresh fruit as one of the main ingredients.

In this recipe, I used Truvia Nectar, a blend of stevia leaf extract and honey with 50% fewer calories than sugar, to add the taste and sweetness of honey to the fruit crumble while keeping the sugar to only 16 grams per serving! And since Truvia Nectar is twice as sweet as honey, you only need half as much (remember ½ teaspoon of Truvia Nectar is equal to 1 teaspoon of sugar or honey). For my diabetic readers who are managing sugar intake, and those wanting to reduce sugar in their diets, this may be a great option for you.

It was also a great addition in the topping, adding a touch of sweetness and helping to get the consistency just right! And since it’s a liquid, I avoided adding extra coconut oil, helping to keep the fat and carbohydrate content low. A win win.

I actually wish I doubled the batch of the crumble because it was just enough for 4 servings—next time I will! This could also be served with a little bit of yogurt or ice cream, though it is great on its own!

I hope you like this amazing, super easy and reduced-calorie blueberry peach crumble.

Enjoy!

This is actually my first time grilling peaches. It was a bit of a pain at first because I forgot to grease some of them and they got stuck to the grill pan. Next time I will also try to grill them on my outside grill. My husband is actually the one that uses it all the time, I always stick with the grill stove top so will see how using the outside grill work out.

For the balsamic reduction sauce I used Truvia brown sugar blend. I think the balsamic reduction dressing made the salad stand out even more. My family went back for seconds so I guess that was a good sign. This salad was so simple yet so delicious!

I love making my own salad dressings. This one takes a bit longer to make because of the reduction step but most of my other salad dressing recipes literally take just about 3 minutes to put together. Way healthier and better than store bought varieties.

For this grilled peach salad you can add any other veggies you may like. I thought about some type of dried fruit or even nuts. Jut get creative and make it your own. I know I will be making this salad a few more time this summer. I think it was one of the best combo salads I have made in a while.

Enjoy!

When it coats a spoon, it will be thick enough.

Preheat your grill or stove top grill pan. Brush peaches generously with olive oil and grill on each side for about 3 minutes. You don't want the peaches to be soft and mushy so keep an eye on them.

Transfer peaches to a clean plate and let them cool.

In a large mixing bowl add the rest of the salad ingredients followed by the peaches. Add some of the balsamic reduction with the olive oil, salt and pepper to taste and toss to combine.

Summer is winding down but popsicle making is at full force in my house. These 3 ingredient peaches and Cream Popsicles are creamy, delicious, super easy to make and are gluten-free and vegan. What else can you ask for?

Labor day is coming up and our barbecue gatherings always require dessert. Since it is still hot and this is perfect for the kids and adults what better than to use peaches that are still in season for this 3 ingredient peaches and cream popsicles?

I tell you, these popsicles are super easy to make, even my 9 year old can make this in a flash.

To make these 3 ingredient peaches and cream popsicles I used Truvía® Spoonable, which is a convenient, zero-calorie way to sweeten anything. You can use between 1 to 2 tablespoons depending how sweet you want the popsicles. It is the equivalent of 1/4 cup to 1/3 cup of regular sweetener but you can learn more by visiting Truvia® and decide how much you want to add to the popsicles.

If you don’t have a popsicle mold just yet I suggest you purchase one. They are fairly economical and they will last you for ever. In addition, making your own popsicles is extremely easy and way way cheaper than store bought. You can also make endless variations!

This was by far one of the best popsicles we have made this summer. So refreshing, easy and good for you.

Enjoy!

I have been making no bake desserts all this summer and these peach ice cream bars I think have become a favorite. Gluten-free, vegan and just 6 easy ingredients.

I like making simple, wholesome desserts that any of my friends and family can have.

While I am still in Spain, I am trying to keep my cooking and baking alive. I don’t think traveling will stop me from keeping up from my hobby, however, moving around to different places every so many days is making it a tad difficult.

To be honest, I am looking forward to the fall already. We are in one of the hottest areas in Spain, the south, and that is kicking my behind. The fall is one of my favorite seasons. It is not too hot or cold, I love all of the new in season produce and the fact that kids go back to school that makes it even better. I am sure many of you can relate in that regard!

For these peach ice cream bars I used peaches but if you like you can use any other fruit you may like. I know peaches are still in season so I have been trying to use them quite a bit lately. I love peaches, and when ripe, they are sweet, juicy and delicious. I am sure that you will be able to get good quality peaches where ever you are.

These peach ice cream bars are also very easy to make. You can be done in a mere 15 minutes. They will keep in the freezer for up to one month, however, I don’t think they will last you that long they are that good. Also, if you have leftover chocolate, you can dip them further in it before eating. I did that and they were extra delish!

Enjoy!

I have been into crisps lately mainly because they are super easy. It has become one of my favorite desserts to make over the summer and this gluten-free vegan peach crisp, using fruit that is in season is just plain sensational.

I love to use in season produce, not only because it is more economical but because it tastes better and more often times than not you will find that in season produce has been treated with less chemicals to keep intact. In season produce doesn’t have to be kept for weeks at a time.

If you haven’t checked out my in season produce chart I suggest you visit the link. You can even print it out and place in your fridge!

I have another version for this amazing gluten-free vegan peach crisp. I have an amazing blueberry crisp which is basically the same recipe but I used blueberries instead of peaches. This is by far the only crisp recipe you will need. I think this recipe is better than conventional crips recipes. I would take a tastier, gluten-free, vegan version over any conventional one any time, and I think you would too.

Just give this recipe a try and see for yourself!

On another note, I am currently in Spain. To say that I am having the time of my life with my kids is an understatement. I have so far made a few recipes that I want to post here shortly as well as a couple of videos.

Granted, I am trying to make a few Spanish recipes as well, so stay tuned…

I have other peach recipes in store for you as well. I am trying to make some peach cream bars as well as a peach cake. I hope they both turn out good. I just love peaches so I hope you do too!

Well, until my next recipe, stay cool,

Enjoy!
