Let me start by saying, this is the best slow cooker BBQ pulled chicken or BBQ chicken you will ever have. No joke, this is the easiest and tastiest BBQ chicken recipe E.V.E.R!

I have not made anything like this before and for sure this is not going to be the last. I really wished I used more chicken because it was truly magnificent. I need to get more recipes for my crock pot. I recently got it and I truly love this piece of equipment.

I changed the original recipe just a tad adding less sugar and using 2 teaspoons of arrowroot powder–cornstarch, to thicken my sauce. I like my sauce to be a bit thicker.

My family truly loved this recipe. I am not much of a meat or poultry eater but this recipe is for sure a winner. You can serve this slow cooker BBQ pulled chicken with some veggies, which is what I did, but I think it will be great with some oven baked fries. The fries will soak up all of the goodness of the BBQ sauce, if you know what I mean. I think that is what I am going to do next time.

For my little girl I actually served it with brown rice, because with the bun and all, it would have been a bit messy for her to eat. It was really great with the rice so that is another option.

Please let me know if you try this recipe and how you like it. I hope that you do. If you like BBQ flavor food I think you will be really pleased.

Enjoy!

I served our BBQ chicken with roasted veggies. Just choose your prefer veggies with a drizzle of olive oil, salt and prefer spices and roast at 375F for about 20-25 minutes. You are done!!

This chicken dish it is to die for. Not only this barbeque chicken recipe is super tasty, fast and easy to make but the sauce it is just out of this world.

I have never used barbeque sauce in any of my cooking unless I am grilling so I was a little bit skeptical about this dish. I am so glad I try it though because in the span of one week I have made this dish twice already.

I normally invite some of my girlfriends for lunch. This sweet and spicy chicken is what I end it up making for that day. It was a huge hit. All of them wanted the recipe but I told them they had to wait until I post it in the blog :-)

On another note, for the past few weeks I have noticed that I have posted less baking recipes. The reason being is that I have been making a few of my favorite baking treats from my blog that I have been craving for a while, just in case you were wondering……but don’t worry, I will keep up with the baking posts…..you know I can’t live without sugar :-)

Anyhow, until then….

Enjoy!!

This recipe is pretty easy to whip together and most of all, very nutritious. I am not a big fan of tofu I must say although in this combination it is not bad at all, especially given the fact that the bbq sauce paired with the cheese gives these rollups a very nice and unique flavor.

For the ingredient list, you can divide it if you wish, as I normally cook for 5 people plus I like to have some left overs. You may add or omit some veggies and add some other spices and hot sauce if you like. Just be careful when you put them under the broiler as mine burnt a bit on the edges :-), still yummy though! You can also use other type of cheese if you wish.

Enjoy!

This is the mixture. You may use other veggies or cheese of your liking for the filling. You may also add some hot sauce. I did that to some individual ones as my son can’t tolerate it.

This is how they look like after putting some of the filling on each tortilla. Just roll them up and place on a oven proof dish.

Final Product, mine just got a bit toasted under the broiler so be careful with yours ! :-)

Ok so this recipe is super easy. Me and my family had it this past weekend. My neighbor got us some fresh shrimp from the market and my family and I were in the mood for barbecue food so I went ahead and grilled the shrimp, I am so glad I did!

It took about 5 minutes to whip it together and I could not believe how good it was.

I normally try to get organic poultry, dairy, fruits and veggies as much as possible but seafood really does not matter. Hopping that this one in not farmed but while caught from the market was good enough.

Enjoy!!
