Dear Miryam, THESE ARE SOOOO DELICIOUS!!! I barely ever leave comments, but I just made them and I had to tell you that this recipe is awesome!! I've been looking so much for something with blueberries and whole wheat - and this is it!
Although the recipe itself is very healthy, I made a few small changes to make it even healthier. I used coconut oil instead of butter (same amount) for the topping, and for the batter I used honey instead of sugar. I also smashed one ripe banana and added it to the batter mix. But even without these small changes, this is definitely one of my best desserts! Thank you so much for this recipe!
Have a nice day,
Maja

ps. have you thought about submitting it to allrecipes.com?? You should :)

Oh gosh thanks. It makes me very happy when people try my recipes and likes them. I am glad the in laws were also pleased with it. Definitely adding more cinnamon is the way to go if you are a cinnamon lover :-)

Just made this for the second time this morning. This time when I made it I used brown sugar in the batter instead of white and added more cinnamon (love cinnamon!), I also added a bit of cinnamon to the topping. Yum! This is definitely one of my all time favorites! I sent some over to the inlaws and they really liked it too! :)
