I some times use construction paper for my backgrounds which I forgot to mention, but really nothing much. Finding the right angle is kind of key for taking good pictures, which I sometimes can’t find :-)

I think instant coffee will work, let me know when you try them. I am actually making another batch today because they are already gone and they are so good :-) I actually going to used them for the mocha popsicles I want to make. I am loving the popsicle making :-) and so easy since there is no baking involved….

About the photo tutorial, the trick is on the camera really!! I bought a niece decent camera for Christmas this year and even if the food looks bad the camera makes it look nice, and I am not kidding. I also bought an extra lens for close ups. It is an awesome machine. I really just shut and try to use different angles as well as trying to shoot in the day light. Besides that I don’t take nothing else into consideration because I really don’t have the time to use diffusers, and other props people use to make their photography better. Maybe one day but for now this is just it. Using a decent camera is what makes the pictures look awesome :-)

I would actually give a tutorial if I thought I actually used tricks, props and photography techniques to make my pictures better, but I really don’t. I just use this awesome camera and use natural light :-)
