I've made these twice and will make again because there's pumpkin puree to use up. In searching the cabinet to find amaretto for a crockpot chicken recipe, my husband found these two liquers. So I googled for recipes to use them and landed on this brownie recipe. Not only is it tasty, it's also very satisfying. I don't find myself visiting the pan all day long and only cut a mouthful sized bite when I do have some. I'm using a 9x9 white Corningware dish and bake them for 43 min. This last batch included two of the neighbor's duck eggs and both happened to be double-yolkers and the batch is perfectly fine. Very happy to have found the recipe and will definitely use it again and again.

Pam, <br />at any liquor store you should be able to find these funky flavors. I have a liquor store by my house and each bottle was about $10, but you can still use 1/2 cup of dark coffee instead of the 1/4 cup creme the menthe and 1/4 cup of creme de cacao, that was the original recipe anyways. Hope it helps and thanks for checking my blog :-)
